Respected sir, our micromax mobile EG111 submit in authorize service station in Nagpur (ALRAZA MOBILE SERVICE CENTER) on 08/12/2015.
Till date no anny response on phone of service center, I visit five to eight or more times but counter staff not gave to me sufficient answer . my mobile in under warranty .
Anny mobile number of service station not responding, and counter staff behivier very roode, I request you please solve my problem as soon as possible.

We send many mails and call to customer care but not any response or sufisient answer to me. I realy harassment from micromax. Micromax care not provide any information regarding of replacement.
Please solve my problem and take action against service station for rudge behavior and solve my problem . I am face a problem from last three month.

We realy tired by micromax care , please put the request for replace my mobile as soon as possible.
