sbi card has cheated in the name of promotional calls
sbi card asked me to upgrade my current gold and more card to platinum card at no extra charge and assured me that the one month of card use will be totally free.
i verified with them again on their offer of card upgrade and they told the same thing again.
in my feb 15 2016 bill sbi card has charged 4999 Rs plus 724 Rs tax, but the new card ie the platinum card i got on 1st march 2016.
my complaint is
1. how sbi card can charge 4999 Rs annual fee plus Tax. for this i want total refund plus the money i have spend calling them.
2. sbi card has cheated me. i want some action against these promotional calls which are a measure to fool customer and loot their hard earned money.
