Complaint Details
Battery not even lasting for 20 hours.I had purchased Samsung 3310i for Rs 3400 from Mahavir Novelty at Dombivali(E). The bill number is 844 dated 8/2/2011. I observed that the battery of my phone was getting discharged within 5-6 hours. I reported this to Mahavir Novelty on 15/02/2011. He suggested to contact Samsung Service Center at Dombivali. I submitted my sample to service station on 1/3/2011. They gave it back to me after software replacement on 5/3/2011. I was told that everything was ok.
From the second day itself the problem recurred. I gave the phone again to Service Station on 9/3/2011.At the same time they replaced the battery without any document and told me everything was ok.
Again I faced the same problem and this time reported it to your Delhi office (Complaint No 8430818679). They suggested to contact Area Manager, Mr. Prashant Karate. As per his opinion I again submitted the mobile on 12/3/2011 and received back on 13/3/2011. The phone was again taken back from me for testing and this time the phone was sent to the factory and was received as TESTED and OK on 22/3/2011.
Again I faced the problem on 23/3/2011. I referred it to your Delhi office also, to Mr. Prashant Karate. As per his opinion I am again submitting the phone on 23/3/2011.
I request you to please give me a replacement for the product because there seems to be something inherently wrong in the design and manufacturing with the phone. I have not mentioned all the abuse that I have gone through while interacting with your Personnel at Service Station.
