I am facing serious issue in porting my number (9600198749) from Vodafone Chennai to Vodafone Telangana, Even after repeating complaint (complaint number:149192422), Nor Your customer Executive is helping in resolving the issue, day by day the frustration is mounting .
I had given for Porting on Feb 23rd, and paid my bills too, Porting request was lodged on the same day with number VT262685 .The Deadline to the porting soon changes at very nearing last moment, and this is the third time it happened today . i have already mailed to Customer manager with regards to the issue earlier, but failed to get response.
I being in roaming and i m been levied roaming charges heavily and i may not be able to accept it, when i have followed the process for porting and it is been failed without an appropriate reason every time .
Unethical termination of the my number 9600198749 is done as soon as i have complaint on my porting issue. Also MNP for my number with Vodafone telangana is not done . As the new SIM given by (SIM No: 899113034050743751-4) vodafone telangana doesn't work at all . Due to which i am out of communication ever since today Morning . This is very condemnable and request for swift action to be taken.
