Complaint Details
Booked a flight from Chennai to Mumbai for 19th feb booking id NF7202667855944 and then as per the convenience provided rescheduled the flight for 15th march 2016 by paying the difference amount as Rs.1568 which got deducted via internet banking
Now as on 14th march the bookings have not been made nor is the money refunded with in 3-10 days as per the companies policies
the co. has provided coninience saying no need to call up the customer care centre for re scheduling
now they expected me to call them up and confirm the bookings, in my case which i followed
Now they are ready to refund Rs.1568 but my flight bookings for 15th march have nothing to do with them
they expect me to book a fresh flight with higher prices
