Respected Sir,
I am S.siva ram prasad resident of H.NO:1-3-121, Saddala gundu, Rajendra nagar, Mahabubnagar, Telangana registered complaint related to Split Air Conditioner on toll free number 18002668282 provided by Samsung india electronics Pvt Ltd for customer service on 12-03-2016. This Air conditioner is still under warranty period and its Model no.AR18FC3EAPWN. My complaint number is 4210695319. During conversation customer representative promised that their service will attend before 20:00 Hrs of 12-03-2016. But till date i.e. 14-03-2016, no service engineer has attended the problem.Worst thing about Samsung customer service is even after numerous calls made to their local service center located in Mahabubnagar, there is nill response.Kindly do justice for the inconvenience I faced. Thanking you Sir.
