Dear sir.

Re submitting .Please do the needfull.
I am an idea cellular subscriber . in my one cell no 09887229222 got data pack of Rs 350/ On dated 19/02/2016 got massage from idea that your data pack is over and extra charges are Rs 45, immediately i request to idea to stop the data pack and same has been confirmed by Ideaafter that on dated 22/02/2016 got information from idea that your extra charges are rs 645/ repetedealy i tried to contact the idea but no response. Finally today i got the bill along with the extra charges, not only that when i in my home town how the charges roaming.
Please do the needfull and provide me correct bill

Dear sir,
Regarding My Mobile no 09887229222 the data pack uses report as per your mail dated 19/02/2016 that extra Rs 40has been charged . Immediately i request you to stop the datacard and close the facilities, subsquently i got information from you that same has been done. now today i got the mail that Rs 645/haS BEEN CHARGED EXTRA.What is going on.

You have yet not responed further today same mail of RS 645/ extra charged received..If it is the case i will not hesitate to drag idea in the law of court.
