Complaint Details
Our Aquagurd RO ( Reviva)water drinking machine is not worked for single month from the date of purchase 6/07/2010 we have taken contineous follow up with our Agawane (service provider name Vicky agawane. machine repaired at least more than 25 to 30 times at their end ,In repairing he has changed nozzle carbon filter, cartridge Membrane still we have not got the contineous flow of water ,after 5 ,10 days of evey reair, machine gets stopped to give pure water, Even by changing operative method also we have not get any concrete result.Even this issue i have taken up with zonal sales & service head,Technical service person ,but every time solution give by them through M/s Agawane .Now agawane is saying we will fit Pre filter for it but you have to pay . i have request him plz. install it first & run it for contineous at least fot 15 days, but he is not agree. & From last 8 moths i have not got single drop of water purity from your machine .Even i have told him take it back give me replace one but he is saying no even if my machine is in your warranty period.or other wise sale it & give new one he says only RS 800 will came from it, means what we have purchase machine for their purpose? not for our family health.Even in this period my family has sufferd from so many shocks of relative death still i have kept my patience from all angle.I am also a employee of one of the reputed company but always belive in customer sales & service our customer is our god & we have to serve them in any condition . so plz. do the needful as early as possible ,other wise people will not belive in Aquaguard & its product & it will be the publicity & advertise also. As per my knowledge Pre filter is basic attched system for Reviva model but Agawane has not provide us at the time of puechase & now asking for monet to reinstall.means to cheat customer.
