I am an Airtel 4G hotspot customer from Kochi. The speed of internet was good in the beginning however it kept on deteriorating as the days progressed (and more and more customers joined). What's worst is that this 4G hotspot device is not working in kolkata - I was supposed to be working from home for the next few weeks - however I was not able to work this week as airtel 4g wouldnt work. I am forced to now travel back to my office in kochi - which is costing me 15,000 Rs. Airtel 4g sucks and their customer support is very pathetic...
