Dear Manager,
This is with reference to purchase of our 2 nos. LED Television sets on January 26 2016 from Kohinoor Mulund.
No. 1 32 inch Model no. 32LF595B with serial no. 601PLBL101757, which we installed on February 17 2016 and has been working properly till March 25 2016. It stopped displaying picture since then.
No. 2 42 inch model no. 42LF553A with serial no. 601PLNB052575, which we installed on March 25 2016, on which day it worked for around 10 minutes and then the display stopped.
We launched a complaint on same day i.e. March 25 2016, which was attended by service person on March 27 2016.
The reason given to us by the technician for 42 inch dysfunction was "burnt" component.
We also asked him to look into the problem or 32 inch LED, but he told us to launch formal complaint with customer care, as each product needs a separate complaint request.
We did the same immediately, citing "No-signal" as the symptom.
Today, March 31 March 2016, the issue hasn't been resolved, with no definite and firm answer either from your organization nor from the service personnel.
Components are not available in mumbai, or needs to be procured from NOIDA, are the answers...which are passed on to us...only after we follow up on it by calling the call office or the service provider.
Ideally such kind of problems shouldn't arise with a brand new product (2 months old) out of which 1 product was in operation only for 10 minutes.
Shouldn't the product be replaced, it being under warranty period?
Shouldn't the services be offered and looked into on an immediate basis...based on the nature of the fault and complaint?
I would like to seek neat and detailed answers with comprehensive solutions within definite timelines.
