I have requested for return of one product with Order ID: 11787640498 (1 Item) since 17th of feb 2016 but it was not picked up after 19 times contacted to customer care.If you asked to customer care fellow to pass the phone to senior executive that unprofessional fellow simply tell i am the senior person.In the competitive market if you guys doing these type of then at the end of day "Tumse na Hopayega".The screenshots for the same are attached below.
