Hello,
I want to bring to notice regarding cheating and fraudelent practices that vodafone has been doing for quite sometime.Yesterday i got a message on my number 9916390875 stating i have activated a pack on 1st of april and deducted 20rps from my talktime However i never activated such packs nor i dont have any slightest idea about this pack.This has been going on for quite sometime.Earlier in two instances they have deducted 15rps and 20 rps for some packs.I ignored but this time i wont.This is the way they are cheating and looting customers for whom their business is going on. I have been a customer of vodafone for 8yrs and this is how they treat us.I want my hard earned money back that has been deducted unnecessarily.And i wont allow neone to steal like this.Below is the attached message screenshot of their message
