Hi

I am using idea broadband in thergaon area of pune.

My connection was started on 20th of march and since then i am facing connectivity issue.
Earlier it was frequently diconnection but now the system says DNS server not responding.
I almost called everyday to your customer care on the number 18008331111 and every time i was said that my issue will be resolved but till date nothing has happened.
A few times i I was told that some engineer have visited my place and the issue has been resolved, but no one ever came to visit my place after the installation date.
Day before Yesterday I got a call from onr of your field executive with number- 9881444206 and he asked my address and said that he will visit my place any time before evening but he never came, at last i called him in evening and he said he will visit next day.
Next morning when i called him he said that he is not in charge of my area and he gave me another no. 7040971613 of some one named ganesh and asked me to call him as he looks after idea connections in my area. I called the guy Ganesh who forwarded me another number 9922112023 named Umesh and aked me to call him giving the same excuse.
Having no other option I called the new guy who asked me for my account number and said that he will get back to me with the details in next 10 minutes which how ever he never called back. After approx an hour I called him back and he said that the issue cant be resolved at access point end so he will come to visit my place in next two hours.
He didnt turn up and I called him for some 10 times after that but he didnt recieved my call.

So this was all I have faced till date after my connection was installed.

I have already paid for three months in advance, so I am hesitating to get a new connection very soon, as i was told by your call centre person that I would be getting my refund in next 45 days.

either resolve my issue or return my money back.
