QUICKR AD ID; 260571095/ CASH REMITTANCE TRAN.ID 5000198966 RS.4550- DT.4.4.2016:
For the ad the location is mentioned as Marthahalli in your web page. I responded with an offer. I was asked to improve. I improved it to Rs.4550/-. Msg appeared on the screen, offer accepted, remit the money on line. I did on 4/4/2016. Within 10 minutes, One Prythush called me from Gurgoan office, saying that the goods is at Gurgoan and hence, order can not be executed. When I asked for the refund, line was disconnected. I am contacting one Nagin Asiha (080 4650 7000), one MrImran (67364545) and nobody comes forward to tell me about the refund status. Nagin was not interested even listening to my tale of sorrow. Already I am cheated in the deal, now holding my money, unlawfully is a fraud under Sec 420 of IPC. Another agony, today 5 times I called 67364545 and 9 is pressed for customer support, after a long drill, the line is mercilessly disconnected. incoming Call logs from 4 to 4.20 PM may be checked. I have shared my bad experience in 20 whats up group; planning to publish on how I a cheated in the leading dailes. Let me see, how I can take further remedial steps, as I am understand now that QUICKR has no ethics or moral in its business dealings with customers. Actually for the inconvenience caused, without my asking, they should refund with damage, here the situation is 'NO RESPONSE".
