Complaint Details
We have booked Hyundai Creta & given them Rs 25000 Chq, they made compulsion of buying 20000 accessories if you want to go for base model sx or middle model sx+ and no need to buy accessories if you are going for top model

We refused to pay the amount for accessories as we were ready to pay full amount which was approximately Rs 1440000 for middle model

Then we asked them to return our rs 25000 but they hv returned 22000 & hv deducted rs 3000 for some charges which we were not being told about the same
and proof is attached along with this where they haven't given us receipt & there was no customer signature

Sequence of Events
1. Raised complaint regarding novelty hyundai in twitter......Plz find attached proof
2. Somebody called from hyundai next day but matter didn't get resolved as there was no follow up
3. We asked them to return 25000 but they said u need to sign the customer satisfaction form. where i hv marked them poor(1)...plz find attached proof
4. Hv received back 22000 instead of 25000, we were not being told as time of booking as there was no receipt and there was no customer signatur...plz find attached proof
