Hi,

It’s been 24 days now still neither i have received any resolution nor any call back or feedback against my claim id 1803978. my name is Gopal Ghosh a consumer of eBay who is suffering a lot because of the negligent work from their support team. I have called several time to their toll free number .18002093229, also to their Grievance Office no . 8066743260 and sent emails as well to their grievance email id DL-EBAY-IN-GRIEVANCE-OFFICER@ebay.com in order to settle my claim but till dated neither received any call back nor any resolution to my claim .I was intended to buy the WD 2tb External Hard disk Model WDBMWV0020BBK as per their display on 15/03/2016, so I bought it on the same day but when I received the product on 18/3/2016, I found the below discrepancies against what I had ordered.
1) Model Number was different (WDBBKD0020BBK) whose price was Rs 1000 lower than my ordered Model.
2) It was not at all Sealed Pack; it was open when i have it received.
3) The bill they send along with the Product was not mentioned any of the model name properly.
I raised already the guaranty Claim on the same day 18/3/2016 & later on when seller communicated with me, but that time they already change the display condition and photos in ebay website. but I already captured the print screen when i was ordered it. So, I am attaching both the print screen and the images of the product and bill as proof of my claim.
Please help and assist as soon as possible. I am running out of time & patience.
