i bought a membership worth rs 22000 from this company called club group of hotels on 2nd may, 2015. according to there information w could stay in any of their member hotels for free and for food we will be charged maximum 599rs per person per day. i tried to get a booking in the rangers reseve which is one of their hotels in jim corbett. they told me that i have to pay 2250rs per person per day and its cumpulsory. this thing was a shock because before buying the membership we talked to their representative for almost 2 hrs. he did not tell a single thing about that. so this is giving false informationa nad cheating me out of my money. they had also given me a 4D/3N holiday voucher. next time i tried to use that voucher but then also they did not cooperate at alla nd made me call so many places and in the end i could not use it because in that also they were telling so many new things to me which they had not diclosed at all before. they have mentally harassed me because i cannot afford to lose 22000rs and i am not able to use the membership also. i want the strictess penalty to be imposed on them.
