i have been charged prorated overage charges of rs 362.42 extra in my bill, for changing postpaid plan from rs 375 to 199. but when the plan is changed the customer executive didn't gave any information about it. when i spoke with raju magre on 198 of idea he told me that we always give full information to customer and you might ingored this. he is telling me to pay the bill with prorated overage bill. i have attached my bill password is: abhi0345
