we kept our phone connection in locker for 5 years once back from abroad, we requested to release the locked line and they asked to opt for plan and opted landline+broadband. after they said it will work. nothing worked out so reported again to customer service, east tambaram they asked to register complaint on 198.11/april/2016two days later technician came and connected the line and said to buy an colset socket, i went to buy the socket before i turned in, technician left till now no one turned back.Still my telephone is not in usable condition.
