Dear officer,
I have been a customer of Bharti Airtel Limited for the last 5 years. Recently I moved from Bangalore to Hyderabad and requested Airtel to port my number to the new city. However, Airtel kept delaying the procedure after numerous requests and kept demanding for the same documents again and again. The process which should have been completed in a matter of few days was dragged for several months. In the meanwhile the service provider kept charging me roaming rates for the usage on the number. I argued my case and asked airtel to compensate for the delay by waiving off the roaming rates but in response, airtel has blocked my number which happens to be my primary contact number.
Please help me defend my position against Bharti Airtel limited.
