Complaint Details
my airtel postpaid oct bill over charge for internet use beyond 2 GB.But as per itemised bill and message screen shot,i attached at 22/Oct 01:14 hr 1847.1 mb and at 12:35 hr it was 1892 mb. As per bill i calculate my use it show that my 90 mb pending to use then after company charge for over use. I talk to consumer care they reply message show 12 hr before data use so i calculated my data use from 21/Oct then also my use 160 mb and my 41 mb data pending to use.
so why overcharge me???
