I ordered a Dell vostro 3558 laptop for Rs.21598 on PayTM on 10/4/16 and it got delivered on 15th April
Order number 1662645691
To my surprise the invoice did not have any mention about the Dell product or serial number
(Which are required for warranty claim)
Also the box or laptop itself didn't have any mention about the processor name or speeds
Lodged complaint on PayTM on 16th
Till date there is no response
Either seller or PayTM is FAKE
