I have raised a service request(request Number :OEB0G52) with TataSky to relocate my TataSky antenna to my new home. I raised this request on 23rd of April 2016. I got confirmation from TataSky representative that my request will be fulfilled by 24th April 12.30 PM. In order to assist the TataSky technician, I went to my old house and stayed there on the road in the sunny day for more than 2.30 hrs. I did not get any call from the TataSky technician. I reverted back to call center. The call center people assured me that the issue will be solved in another 3 hrs. I didnot had patience in waiting for the technician under sun. so I requested TataSky help center people to solve this request as soon as possible and even in absence of me. Today is third day and my request is not solved. I escalated this issue. I am keep getting calls from them that issue will be solved in another 1 hr, 2hrs... but not done yet. For all these three days, though the request was not fulfilled, money from my Tatasky account is being deducted. This is very annoying me. They are not providing service in time and also deducting money for not viewing their T.V services.
