Complaint Details
I submitted the phone to the authorized service centre of Huawei in Indore on 27th Jan 2016 with an advance of Rs. 5000/- (receipt attached).
Service Center :
Muskaan Enterprises, 208 Sunrise Tower, 579 MG Road, Indore
Sharafat Ali was the agent who was handling my case.
After almost 60 days, and repeated calls to the service centre and the Huawei support number, Mustaqeem @ Huawei told me to collect my device and advance from Muskaan Enterprises and forward it to their service partner in Chennai.
As per screenshots of mail attached, I had explicitly requested them to return my phone in whatever condition it may be as I was tired of waiting and I did not intend to pay any more money.
Even after this Mr. Mustaqeem requested me to send the phone to

Ambathur Industrial Estate,
Ambathur, Chennai – 600 058.
via the fedex service provided by Huawei.
Subsequently, I collected my phone from Huawei's authorized service centre and sent it to the aforementioned address in the first week of April.
I was sent a mail requesting payment for the repair service on 11 April (screenshot attached), to which I instantly declined and requested them to send the phone back to me immediately. I had waited long enough and made it clear that I don't want to make any further payments to Huawei after this torturous endeavour.
Its been well over 80 days, and Huawei have treated me pathetically. I'd like them to compensate me for the mental trauma, difficulty in completing my responsibilities as a professional and for negligence of customer expectations.
