Tikona's service was too bad and the connectivity was very unstable because of which i asked them to disconnect the services and take the wire back.
Due to this i complained many times - since the i had the connection with me i paid for what i haven't benefited.
Hence i opted for a cancellation in the month of October 2015 and paid all the dues and told them to take back their stuff(a black ethernet wire) yet the connection wires were not removed. The customer support service agreed for my cancellation.
First they used to call me back to back and give me advices on resolving the technical queries even after disconnecting their services and then they ask me to refer a friend who can use that connetion as well as they asked me to take that connection with me wherever i am moving out to.
Even after this they kept on sending emails as well as sms will the bills for which i had requested disconnection long back.
Now on 22 April, 2016 i received an email from Tikona stating some bill amount RS. 471.00 and Termination Penality charges of Rs. 1500.00 for event of not being able to deliver the modem to the company in 7 days from the date of this email.
Now i have requested several times to tikona for taking their stuff back and disconnect the services since October 12. It is their job to take everything with in 7 working days of me placing a discontinuation request.
I am not gonna sit there and take care of their stuff by the time they will get back to me and ask me their stuff. Over to their mistake they want to harass me with Rs. 1500.00 as penality charges for inadequacy of their customer support and technical team who can't take care of their activities.
Apart from that it is a continous harrasment to working people like me getting calls in the middle of work and discussing with their brainless customer care team for checking the mails and ask them to proceed with taking their stuff back.. Their customer team literally starts pissing you off by asking you to refer a friend and all other stuff.
Further bifurcation of Rs 471.00 - they have charged Rs 100 every month as fine for late fee payment.
There is no such bill since i have already paid bill and asked them for disconnection the very same day i.e. October 12, 2015.
Further before writing this complaint, i have just called tikona customer care on 18002094276 and said the same things to their contact person who just disconnected the call without any justification/reason apparently they also don't have asnwers to Tikona's inadequate services/systems.
I request you to take this matter seriously and keep an audit check on these kind of 3rd party companies who happen to loot the customer and waste customer's crucial time
with their fraudulent systems/services.
