Hello Amitabh,
I am very disappointed and frustrated with HDFC Life insurance service and I want my invested return amount Rs 20000 baack
I have purchased your HDFC ULIP Insurance for tax exemption and saving in June-2015 Poilcy No-17625053 with paying 15000/ for 3 ecs at one time thereafter I waited for rest ecs to be deducted from my Citibank Account but this nostalgic to state I was totally harrassed and horrified by the way your HDFC has behaved the below rank people are behaving as cheater and trying to make a fraud with people like us
After 6 month also not my single ECS has been deducted I was surprised and called your policy bazzar along with your LIFE Insurance representative 1st they told my ecs will go via Credit Card hearing this i was most gawked how that possible such a Big company talking like unprofessional any way after 3 month they send the person to home and taken mine signature and cancelled blank cheque for ECS deduction in october-2015 also one month ECS for Rs 5000/ now the most erratic part of your HDFC service I checked for next 6 month till February-2016 there wasnt any single ECS done from Citibank I called my Citibank ask for the reason my Bank told there wasn't single request on my bank account
I called your HDFC Life insurance official but no response no acknowledge I send the mail but in reply only acknowledge Is this this type irresponsible behaviour have i thought this was done only to procure mine 20000/ Rs which has no claim no return why this of fraud is happening its big fraud big cheat I want all mine 20000/ rs to be returned Hoping you can take proper action against that and return mine Rs 20000/ safely I am requesting you to look on that
