I had complained regarding leakage in my aquaguard total infinty water purifier on April 3rd,2011. The person assured me that I would get service within next 2 days. No one reported at my place until 12/4/11 when i decide to give a call again to give a reminder.The person again assured me the same thing. No service man reported.Its now the end of April and we are really fed up as the leakage has really started getting severe. We cannot get it done from our plumber as it may void the company's warranty terms. I again called up the helpline today and they repeated the same thing of reporting within two days.Please consider my plea and take immediate action. I am ready go ahead with legal action against the company.
