Iam K.Appala Raju residing in Anakapalli. I have taken Eurekha Forbes RO Purifier on 10th of June 2010.It worked well for the first month,but later on I am getting frequent problems for the unit.After giving complaints for more than 10 times,the service man comes and does something.Again within 2 or 3 days I get same problem. We have asked the concerned head to come and check the unit once,but no response at all. In turn,they blame us like telling "We have installed nearly 600 units in and around Anakapalli,Why many complaints are been with your unit" in a very rude manner. It is very disgusting for customers using products of Eurekha Forbes.
