Complaint Details
I have an Euroclean bullet vaccum cleaner bought at Tirunelveli Eureka direct marketing and the unit is not working now. I have been calling the local Eureka service centre for the 15 days (more than 15 phone calls) and they are not responding and not coming forward to service my machine. Being an eureka product I cannot service it anywhere other than eureka. I have made an online eureka helpline complaint regarding this four days back and the complaint no is 84712065. There is no response for that also. I am urgently in need of my vaccum cleaner and service has been denied kindly take proper action to ensure quick service regarding this issue
