Complaint Details
I've purchased a water purifier from above mentioned company last year still its in the period of warranty.since last week its not working i've launched a complaint regarding this issue last week tuesday they said service will be done within 24hrs but a week is gone till now they haven't attended me.whenever i called they are not responding me in a proper way.To sell a new product they attend you within a day but for service they don't respond and this is the second time i've got through this situation,they also dont give any proof to show that a complaint has launched (ie)complaint number or anything like that.I request your earliest action in this issue.Thank you.
