Dear Sir/Madam,

I have purchased eureka vacuum cleaner (wet/dry) model from your sales representative named Mr.G. Thuyavan ( ID:9044618) on October -19- 2010.
This guy promised and committed that he will give extra three accessories (Wall cleaning, Wet/dry floor cleaning and Oil Cleaning) exclusive from your accessories given with the pack. We believed this guy and your company, we brought the product on October-2010. But after buying the product and settled the full payment, I didn’t received the accessories yet. After that I came to know that this person lied and sold the product without your company knowledge. Then I called up eureka forbes manager Mr.Srinivasan (+91 98410 08329) and Mr.Krishnamurthy (+91 98417 70483), pallavaram branch chennai around 50 times for the accessories but months past away, I have not received the accessories yet. I’m very much vexed wasting my precious time and money and also I have complained many times bangalore toll free number but no use at all and no prober response from your managers. Complaint number ( 83914298 ). I have heard about very good name for your company but now I feel, I have made mistake buying your product because of your sales representative and managers. At least little bit faith on your company that will you will solve this problem to get the accessories as soon as possible.
