I have purchased a G. Nova water purifier from Eureka forbes. Under their service contract I was assured to have service for both my filter as well as my Iron filter for Rs1450 + Rs 125. And that was the contract given to me. My filter was changed and was given one bill and the other bill was not given. Now this year I have been told that for the same filter change I will have to pay to Rs 1900 for the same. They are providing the service for filter in guwahati and for Iron remover they are asking RS 465/ whereas in contract the amount written is only Rs 125/, Hence the service centre is not complying to the written contract.
I want that they comply to the written agreement for the same.
