Complaint Details
We bought a Robocleanz vaccum cleaner 2-3 months back. We have 2 complaints. One is we are yet to receive the invoice and warranty card for the purchase. Second is, the robocleanz stopped functioning and the service representative said that the charger needs to be replaced. Its been more than a month now and we have not received the charger inspite of repeated calls to the company.
We have made payment through credit card
