Please refer my complaint No. 0000541/dtd. 17.04.11. No response or no phone call in-spite of passing almost 20 days passed . It is very painful and disappointed moment in my life. Machine is totally out of order. It cannot be use. Replacement is only the solution. No other alternatives are acceptable to me.
