Complaint Details
I had bought a water purifier from Eureka Forbes model Infinity in Aug 2010. Soon afterwards we started facing problems of leakage from the faucet and at the bottom of the unit. After multiple visits from technicians and phone calls they are not willing to further help or replace the unit. There has been no explicit clarifications also given by the vendor. Pleas help
