Complaint Details
I have aquaguard(classic) since last 20 years and was entering into yearly service contract.Last maintenance contract was for three years and signed on 25/5/2008.Except first maitenance on 25/5/2008 itself there was no service given within stipulated every six months and on repeated calls only one (and not more than two services in any case)was given.The deficiency and inadequacy of service is obvious.The last request was on 16/4/2011 but till today service has been given.The same day I sent complaint through email and was told through email that I should contact local office for renewal of maintenance contract.It is evident that no one applies his mind before sending responses to the customers. My two visits to the local office in M P Nagar Bhopal failed to get any worthwhile response except empty promises.
