Dear Sir/Madam,

I purchased RO sys of Eureka Forbes Pvt Ltd. on 18/01/2011 Paying by cheque.(HDFC Chq. No. 443833).Then their salesman promised to deliver bill and warranty card within 8 days,but It has not been deliverd till date. He put a pre filter with the RO system and took extra money in cash for that. But that Pre filter was the broken one and water is leaking from that. I have registered number of complaints but no solution at all. Kindly sort out the problem.
