Complaint Details
I had booked 3 Jaipur Return tickets and the same were confirmed.
Mumbai Jaipur Indigo Airlines 22nd April 2011 @ 0540 hrs
Jaipur Mumbai Jet Airways 24th April 2011 @ 0800 hrs
& accordingly i had informed my guest who were flying from abroad.
For the return ticket which was confirmed for 24th April 2011 evening 8 o'clock there was no such flight and me and my guest were stranded at the airport and on complaining and noticing I found out not only me, but there were other passengers also stranded in the same manner & I had no option but to purchase the ticket available for the next flight as my guest had to fly abroad the next day from Mumbai.
I hereby request you to compensate for the tickets ie:
Those mentioned above & also for the tickets which were wrongly issued.
