Complaint Details
I have applied online for Airtel Digital TV connection and made the payment online on 6th May 2011. I was told that the installation will be done within 24 hrs. Now since 24 hrs is already over, when I am calling the customer care, i was never given a satisfctory answer. I was told that on 8th May 2011 it will be done, but was not done.

All these onine agencies after taking the advance payment thiks that customer are fool and they do whatever they wanted.

Please take strict action against them.
