Complaint Details
We have bought Water Purifier on 3rd August 2010 from Zenith Sales & Service (Mr. Inder). He promised us 3 year free service (4 service per year). Our water purifier is not being serviced since the past 6 months. We have repetateddly reminded Mr. Inder to perform service on water purifier; He is giving us false promises but the water purifier is not serviced yet. Off late he is stopped accepting our phone calls. Please help us in this matter
