Complaint Details
I have purchased Vacuum Cleaner from Eureka Forbes but it is faulty within it's warrenty period. ON/OFF switch is not working and Pipe is blown open. I am following this with company for more than 4 months but still no resolution
Can you please look into this??
I have called on helpline twice and placed complaint. Finally I put complaint on web (Ref No 8ed99b53dd31)but after 3 level of esclation it is still not resolved
