Complaint Details
I had purchased an iron removal filter from Zero B through their representative who had visited me after I placed request online on zerobonline.com.The filter is heavily leaking from day one and is not removing iron as promised.Repeated calls for service and replacement has been made but no response from Zero B.Please help.
