Dear Sir/Madam,
I am using a postpaid connection of vodafone (+91-9999403937).And i have been charged for the mobile connect service on my connection,which i never used.I never got the mobile connect service activated on my phone,neither did i send them any request for the activation,nor did i receive any settings from vodafone for the same.
I was charged in my March 20011 bill for the mobile connect service for the first time for Rs. 52.70.On contacting their customer care,i was told that the same had been charged by mistake and would be waived off in next billing cycle.However on receiving the bill for April 2011,i was extremely shocked because instead of waiving off the charges,i have been chrged again and this time a huge amount of Rs.763.90 for mobile connect.On contacting their customer care,they were not ready to listen and instead told me that i would have to pay all the dues.because as per their system the same service has been used by me.
But i have never used their service of mobile connect.As i have a wi-fi enabled phone,and whenever i have to use internet connection,i do it through local wi-fi connection at my home or office.And thus the same mobile service has never been used by me.
But they are pressurizing me to clear my dues including the charges of mobile connect of Rs 816.60 for the months of March and April 2011.So i request you to kindly intervene and help me from being overcharged and harassed by vodafone.As this pearticular service of theirs,has never been used by me.
