Dear Madam / Sir,
This is to inform you that I (customer ID: 1005167164) have requested for Servicing cum AMC of my REVIVA model Water purifier & changing of the filters (complaint No: 84661334 on 13/4/2011).

The Service Person came with the filters on 01/05/11 Sunday, but to the utter dismay of my belief I could see that the main filter TFC - Reverse Osmosis Filter (which is the main one to give taste to the water & also costly) doesn’t had a batch number, manufacturing number etc.The other 3 filters were having the details of batch no: & Mfg No: also he was not ready to show the TDS meter reading & told that he is not carrying with him the same.

When I enquired about the same your service person (Mr.Rajkumar) initially tried giving reasons then agreed to my point & told that he would bring in genuine spare which will have both the Mfg & Batch No: details on it. I told him that I will not pay the AMC amount till he installs the genuine TFC-RO Membrane Cartridge & he agreed for the same.

I would like to know why you are selling fake spares to your customers when your website mentions to use genuine spare & why is that your service person is without TDS meter without which you cannot find out the quality of water. (TFC - Reverse Osmosis Membrane Cartridge that your service person brought was not having the Batch No details & the printing area was blank)

I consider this as a serious issue as the purpose of buying Aquaguard was to drink safe water & I believe there was an attempt from either your side or from your service persons side to cheat me by installing the expired / old filter.

Now the same filter without the batch No: is fitted by your service person as he has told that till the time he gets a New filter let the one without batch no: be installed & I agreed as I have not paid him.

But the issue is quality of the water & it is absolutely disgusting & it's like as good as drinking some bore well water directly. I was very happy after buying this purifier as the taste of the water was good but now we are suffering for the last 4 weeks due to the same as the filter is not changed with genuine spares by your service rep inspite of my willing to pay the amount.

Kindly address this issue at the earliest.
