Complaint Details
The Complainee entered into Annual Maintenance service contract with me for servicing my two room air conditioners four times in one year. The first service was done on 09-12-10. The second service was due on 09-03-11. But he did not turn up. If I telephone him, every time he will say "tomorrow" but will never turn up. He has two addresses. One given on the attached AM Contract and another on the internet with map. I sent letters by Regd. AD to both the addresses. Both were returned with remarks "Unknown". I think he is deliberately doing it in collusion with the postman. He is available on the phone numbers. What he is doing is not only civil but also criminal offence. He must not only refund the amount paid to him with 9% interest, but also pay damages to the extent of Rs.2000/-
