there was leakage in the unit i called their service engineer he came after 5 days and took the faulty part and from that time he has not turned with the replaced part even after calling them for more then 30 times and also contacting them on facebook they r not solving my problem and neither responding. the unit is lying as it is and i am forced to purchase mineral water from stores please help.
