we have purchased Aquaguard Total Reviva on 14 Feb 2011 . Till date we have not received invoice for the same. Contacted sales person(Nanda Kishore) twice and customer service and given details like receipt no. 257/035956, but no use. They are just assuring that same will be sent through courier but not received till now.
Once product is installed no one from Eureka ForbesAquaguard called or contacted for whether instrument is installed properly. Till today we do not know what kind of water output we are getting. we don’t know how frequent servicing is needed. Unfortunately customer support after sale from aquagurrd is worst. Till sales is done they treat you like king but after that they simply forget customer. After sales not even sales person is neither willing to help nor the customer support.I am fed up of calling these guys.
