Dear Sir,

I have using your product i.e. RO Riveva system from your authorised delar of Tamil Nadu, Vellore District on 23-03-2010 and I have lot of problem faced for service in Vellore District Agent who is authorised by you.

Now I am also having A.M.C. (Annual maintenance contract) with guidance of your Vellore District Agent with effect from 19-03-2011 vide their Invoice cum receipt contract No. 20450732 dated 19-03-2011 and for Rs. 3660/- and Bow set Rs. 575/- Total 4235/-

Now I am having same service problem i.e. I have complained on 16-05-2011 that the system is have not filtered the water. I have repeated remainders (daily twice time on telephonically ) to your authorised Agent of Vellore District in Tamil Nadu. There is no response till date.

In vive of the above you are requested to look in to the matter with immediate effect for rectifying the defect as per your contract.
