Dear sir,
I have purchase the samsung mobile from a authorized dealer 6months back. After using it for 3months the mobile phone was issuing me problem in operating so for this I showed to the samsung service center they dead there regular activity and gave me the mobile back in 2 days by saying it is done and have no problem but after 3 days it gave me same problem and have to go for other time, these time they kept the mobile for 1 month under repair. After 1 month they said that they have changed the circuit and given me the fresh piece but that was not true. The same problem have occurred once again. Now I m feedup This type of service have given me lot of problem. So I have decided to take help from you and request you to please solve my problem.
