I am owning a Eureka Forbes Nova Water Filter covered under comprehensive warranty. I had requested for service on 25.04.2011 (Request no.76c92d1812de of Eureka Forbes) as the filter was yielding foul smelling water. There was no response. Then I lodged a formal complaint on phone (REF NO 15619; 01.05.2011). There were couple of visits by the company representatives and in turn broke the casing of the equipment. Further request to Head of Consumer Service EF also did not address the issue. May I request to help
